Crushing His Throat Under Riding Boots

I trample the slave under my sexy - but very painful - full leather riding boots. But today Ive planned something a little bit different - a little bit more brutal :-D I want to trample the losers throat under the hard soles of by boots! I push his head down with the boot and then shift my whole weight on his throat. I also walk over his throat a couple of times - but this loser cant keep his head on the floor like I ordered him to! So I will stand on his throat even longer! Sometimes I also stand on his throat with on boot while the other boot stands on his face - and of course I still trample his chest in between as well - I dont want him to get any rest in between!
